Asset Management And Store Unit
Function Unit Asset and store management are:

- Manage all affairs of the Kingdom of movable assets at headquarters, Gombak District Health Office including all clinic and Clinic line under Government Mobile Asset Management Procedure Treasury Circular. 5/2007 include: -
- acceptance
- registration
- Use, Storage and Inspection
- management
- Disposals
- Loss and Write-offs
- Manage the appointment of Assets Officer, Official Receiver, Examiner, Board of Examiners Disposal, Investigating Committee and representatives of the Headquarters, a health clinic and the clinic.
- Coordinating Committee Meeting Government Mobile Asset Management (JKPAK) the Gombak District Health Office every quarter (3 months).
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of assets quarterly reports to the Department of State Health include: -
- Asset & Inventory Report;
- Inspection reports Asset & Inventory;
- Disposal of Government Mobile Asset reports; and
- Surcharge Action Report / Discipline.
- Monitor the line store under government Store Management Procedure Treasury Circular. 5/2009 include: -

- Safety and Hygiene
- Disposals
- Loss and Write-offs
- Memantaupengurusan appointment Stor Officer, Receiver Stock, Producer Stocks, Stock examiners and verifiers Store.
- Memantaupenyediaan Store Management Quarterly Report to be tabled in Council JKPAK.
- Monitor the preparation and submission of annual reports to the Department of State Health include: -
- The rating report Stor (KEW.PS-13);
- Inspection report / Stock Verification (KEW.PS-14);
- Overall Annual Report Store Management (KEW.PS-15);
- Annual Report Stock Verification (KEW.PS-16);
- Stock Disposition Annual Report (KEW.PS-20); and
- Annual Report of Loss and Write-off Stock (KEW.PS-22).
